Although AMD has not mentioned any specific Voltage range for all their Ryzen CPUs however we have tested different models and below is the safe voltage for the Ryzen CPU range.

How to Know The Safe Voltage for Ryzen CPUs?
It does not matter which CPU you are using or what is the model number of your Ryzen processor. All processors have different voltage requirements and some processors even require a little more voltage than others.

The Ryzen 7 3700X is the flagship CPU of AMD’s second-generation ryzen lineup and like other 3000-series CPUs, it also requires a lower voltage than its predecessors. Finding safe voltage for ryzen 7 3700x can be tricky but still possible and we’ve already found it for you.
We have tested this processor and found that the max safe vCore voltage range for Ryzen 7 3700X processors is between 1.25-1.375 volts, so we recommend staying within these values in order to avoid permanent damages which can occur due to high voltages.

Max safe voltage for ryzen 5 3600
One thing you should keep in mind about the Ryzen 5 3600 which is AMD’s latest Hexa-core CPU is that its operating frequency increases exponentially as the temperature decreases therefore if you are using this CPU then you should set the vCore voltage to 0.01 volts higher for every degree reduction in temperature.
Now it is pretty clear from the explanation before this that if you want to make your computer go fast, then you need more voltage. But if you use too much voltage, it will be bad for your computer. So don’t use more than 1.4 volts of vCore on these CPUs, unless you are really trying to make them go fast.
